Accessibility at Infinity Museum
We’re excited to welcome every guest. Our team is committed to making the experience accessible and enjoyable, with accommodations available for visitors with disabilities. If you need support at any point, please speak with a staff member in white “Infinity” shirts or contact us before your visit so we can help.
WHEELCHAIRS
All seven exhibition room inside Infinity Museum is fully wheelchair accessible. Guests are encouraged to bring their own wheelchair, our staff will help to clean the wheels to prevent damaging our mirror floors.
STROLLERS
Strollers and carriages are welcome at the Museum, our staff will help to clean the wheels to prevent damaging our mirror floors.
SIGHT AND SOUND
Our experience is multisensory, with sound and light on every floor. Some guests may find this stimulating. Earplugs are available upon request.
SERVICE ANIMALS
While we welcome service animals and service animals-in-training, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted on the premises for the safety and well-being of all guests. We advise caution when taking service animals on mirrored or glass floors as some animals react adversely to such spaces.
